Tanner graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2016. Shortly after, he joined the Workers Comp team at Lawter & Associates in Oklahoma City. In 2020, he formed Rice Law Firm, PLLC, and joined forces with the well-respected Ted Leslie & Associates in Edmond.

In 2019, Tanner fulfilled a dream and purchased his grandpa’s farm in Mustang. Tanner says, “It’s the farm I grew up on (my parents live across the creek). His pasture is where I learned to play golf, we call it Sandy Corners. It’s exactly the place I want to raise my children”.

Tanner is married to his amazing wife Chandy and their 3 kids, Ruby, Maggie, and Shelton, attend Mustang Public Schools. They are actively involved at Lakehoma Church of Christ and most weekends, you can find them camping in Colorado or across Oklahoma State Parks!

Tanner is working on growing his practice in Mustang and loves being able to help his community. His desire is to grow his practice in Mustang and other surrounding communities, like Yukon, Tuttle, Piedmont, El Reno and others!
